Shipping & Returns
Our sales prices include free shipping to your company, governmental, local authority or private address in Denmark. Our official terms would be DDP (Incoterms, Delivered, Duty Paid), your address in Denmark. We usually use a courier delivery service like DHL or Fedex but we might choose to use other services if we feel that this would help in improving delivery times. We invoice in DKK and normally do not ship to locations outside Denmark.
Our official delivery time for all products would be 5-working days, although our experience is that 2-working days is normal and, if the order is placed before 11am, most orders will be delivered the next weekday.
If the packaging of your goods in damaged, it is important that you make a written remark, typically on a tablet display, in Danish or English, when receiving your products. This is important in obtaining any refunds that may be applicable from the delivery service should the goods themselves be damaged. Our products are well made and of a robust nature, so it is unlikely to occur but please be aware of this option.

You have 14-days right to cancel the purchase.
On condition that the product(s) is returned in the same state as when received, and in the same packaging where relevant. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs and where a credit card payment method has been used, a refund will be made on the card. The product(s) should be returned not later than 14-days after they have been received. Returns should be sent to:
